Sukces i porażka projektu badawczego finansowanego ze środków publicznych

Abstrakty

W niniejszym artykule chcemy zająć się problem definiowania i pomiaru sukcesu w projektach badawczych. Jeśli bowiem chcemy mierzyć (w momencie przyznawania środków) prawdopodobieństwo osiągnięcia sukcesu, musimy wiedzieć, co to jest sukces projektu. Zamierzamy wykazać, że sukces projektu badawczego może być czymś, co niekoniecznie wyniknie czy może wyniknąć wprost z wniosku o finansowanie. Uzasadnimy, że problem definicji i pomiaru sukcesu projektu jest bardzo złożony i wymaga kompleksowego, wielowariantowego i wielodziedzinowego podejścia. W przeciwnym wypadku częste może być finansowanie projektów badawczych mało ważnych i odrzucanie projektów istotnych, tylko dlatego, że źle będzie rozumiany sukces rozpatrywanych projektów(fragment tekstu)
