Niezwykle złożone i zmienne otoczenie wymaga posiadania przez przedsiębiorstwa zdolności umożliwiających dostosowywanie się do nowych warunków działania, a także ich kreowania. Opracowanie zawiera analizę treści pojęcia "zdolności dynamiczne przedsiębiorstwa" w literaturze, ponadto identyfikację zdolności w przedsiębiorstwach. Celem opracowania jest ustalenie zdolności dynamicznych przedsiębiorstw. Dane empiryczne potwierdzają przygotowanie się przedsiębiorstw do zmienności otoczenia przez tworzenie i wykorzystywanie tzw. zdolności dynamicznych(abstrakt oryginalny)

A highly complex and changeable environment requires from the company to possess capabilities to adjust to the new operating conditions and also to create them. The article provides an analysis of the term "company's dynamic capabilities" based on a literature study; moreover, it identifies the capabilities of a company. The aim of the article is to determine the "dynamic capabilities" of companies. Empirical data confirm that companies prepare to the changeable environment through creating and applying the so called dynamic capabilities(original abstract)
