Abstrakty
Wynika to w dużej mierze z funkcji, jakie pełni on w gospodarce. Najważniejsza z nich jest zdolność do akumulacji kapitału i lokowania go w efektywnych przedsięwzięciach inwestycyjnych, mających kluczowe znaczenie z punktu widzenia wzrostu i rozwoju gospodarczego.
