Abstrakty

Artykuł obejmuje analizę i ocenę wyników Polski w światowej wymianie usługami ICT. Badaniu poddano pozycję handlową na podstawie przede wszystkim udziału w światowym eksporcie usług ICT, ujawnionych przewag komparatywnych (RCA) i stopy pokrycia handlu. Przedstawiono także tendencje w światowym handlu usługami ICT. Dane statystyczne pochodzą z bazy UNCTAD oraz Eurostat. Międzynarodowy handel w sektorze usług ICT charakteryzuje się specyficznymi cechami i interpretacja wyników w tej wymianie powinna uwzględniać szczególny charakter usług ICT. Polska obecnie nie ujawnia względnej przewagi w eksporcie usług ICT, ale notuje dodatnie saldo. Praktycznie wszystkie wskaźniki handlowe dla Polski wykazują bardzo wysoką dynamikę wzrostu, co świadczy o poprawie jej pozycji handlowej w sektorze usług ICT. (abstrakt oryginalny)

The paper includes analysis and assessment of trade in the ICT services performance of Poland. This study is looked at the trade position, essentially on the basis of the share in the world ICT services exports, revealed comparative advantage (RCA), and trade coverage ratio. It also identifies trends of the world trade in the ICT services. The statistics are derived from the basis of UNCTAD and Eurostat. International trade in the ICT services sector has specific characteristics and the interpretation of results of this trade is to take account of the particular nature of the ICT services. Poland is currently not revealed comparative advantage in the ICT services exports, but has had positive balance. Practically all trade indicators for Poland show very strong growth, which indicate a significant improvement in its ICT services trade position. (original abstract)
