Contemporary issues of globalization and integration pose many questions for both the diagnosis and therapy. Not only does it apply to social sciences, but to natural sciences too. Their answers to existing problems pose new challenges. This indeed is what the development of science and societies consists in. Similar situation exists in medical sciences, as a result of the emergence of new diseases, there is a need for their diagnosis, which requires time and effort. After the diagnosis, a therapy needs to be develop. Similar situation exists in management. Here it is particularly felt the belief in both dogmas and a conceptual chaos. Threatening to social impact remains also inertia and routine, and an uninhibited greed at the expense of others. The current globalization, defying its particularly negative social consequences, the aggressive competition and the policy of encirclement as well as the excessive role of financial institutions-weight increase distrust of state institutions and international and destabilize societies. Currently, the problems with integration in the European Union are not only caused by emigrants. This has to be noticed and conclusions ought to be drawn fast. 'Hannibal ante portas'. There are also consequences of the EU enlargement for political reasons, not the rationality of socio-economic communities. What is more, still dominates the doctrine of assistance, including helping the immigrants by 'giving the fish, not the rod'. It rather favours getting rid of surpluses by developed countries as well as the political pressure on developing countries and local dictatorships, e.g. license agreements and fees for the exploitation of raw materials.
