The aim of this paper is to analyze the consumer ethnocentrism towards food products. The results of the study suggest that the relationship between the level of consumer ethnocentrism and consumer demographics is weak. Gender and income were found not to affect the level of ethnocentrism, while the influence of age was weak. In general, ethnocentrism towards food products was not found to be weak, although it showed tendency to grow with consumer's age.(original abstract)
