Effective management of the enterprise in modern market conditions is a necessary condition for improving business efficiency in the creation, development and implementation of competitive advantages. The development of management structures in a competitive contracting market goes in the direction of continually enhance the flexibility, adaptability of systems, adapting them to the rapidly changing conditions of operation, to the restructuring of the productive forces. The apparatus of the modern enterprise management needs to carry out diverse functions, including analytical work on studying of market conditions, supply and demand; strategic planning; coordination of interaction management subjects and objects and their powers; the organization of production, commercial and promotional activities; to promote and enhance staff performance. At the same time, in the field of construction management in increasingly begin to dominate the challenges of enhancing the organizational and technological readiness for contracting order, requiring high flexibility of organizational structures.(original abstract)
