Abstrakty
Celem niniejszego artykułu jest przedstawienie kontekstu wykorzystania technologii ICT dla implementacji continuous learning w organizacji. W artykule zwrócono uwagę na rozwój technologii ICT wspierających ten sposób myślenia o rozwoju pracowników globalnie, w Stanach Zjednoczonych i Polsce. W tym celu przedstawiono analizę case study firm, które wdrożyły i zweryfikowały efektywność zastosowania technologii ICT dla continuous learning. Artykuł kończą rozważania w zakresie praktycznych implikacji dokonanych analiz dla realizacji celów biznesowych. (abstrakt oryginalny)

The purpose of this article is to present the context of the use of ICT for the continuous learning implementation in an organization. The article focuses on the context of the ICT progress to support the employees development at the global level in the United States and in Poland. For this purpose was carried out an analysis of case studies of companies that have implemented and verified the effectiveness of using ICT for continuous learning. The article ends with a consideration about the practical implications for the performance of business objectives. (original abstract)
