Abstrakty

Wyzwania badawcze i problemy sektora logistyki oraz potrzeby ich pilnego rozwiązania są pochodną potrzeb rozwoju i globalizacji gospodarki, wzrostu jakościowego i ilościowego wymiany towarowej w transgranicznych łańcuchach dostaw oraz nadrzędnej roli czasu i rentowności w działalności gospodarczej. W odniesieniu do poziomu przedsiębiorstwa cechą charakterystyczną badań procesów logistycznych jest niedostępność bezpośrednich informacji o rzeczywistym przebiegu procesu. Oznacza to, że weryfikacja hipotez (konfrontacja myśli z czynem) polega nie na bezpośredniej konfrontacji teorii z rzeczywistością, lecz na konfrontowaniu hipotez z komunikatem dotyczącym rzeczywistości (fragment tekstu)

The global economy continues to grow, creating new challenges. Therefore, present increasingly collides with future visions and, on this basis, new directions and concepts for the development of logistics are developed, and, at the same time, items which will be crucial are indicated. It is also worth noticing that logistics itself increasingly influences, directly and indirectly, the economy and the transformations ta king place in it and thus generates more challenges for itself.
The issues presented in the article are the subject of reflection and research conducted by the research centers on changes and directions of development of logistics. The reflection presented in the article provides the basis for a wider discussion on this topic, particularly in the context of changes that await our Polish logistics. (original abstract)
