Abstrakty
Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie wybranych wyników badania przeprowadzonego na grupie 25 funduszy venture capital i private equity, które były poświęcone znaczeniu cech przedsiębiorcy w dokonywanej przez nich ocenie okazji inwestycyjnej. Badanie przeprowadzono osobiście z użyciem kwestionariusza ankiety i projektu eksperymentu w 2015 roku. Wyniki pokazują, że przedsiębiorca stanowi ważne kryterium inwestycyjne dla funduszy, ale rozważać je trzeba razem z innymi kryteriami dotyczącymi istoty okazji inwestycyjnej. Oryginalność/wartość - Badanie to jest pierwszym w którym udało się przeprowadzić badanie na tak licznej próbie badawczej w Polsce w sektorze funduszy inwestycyjnych rynku prywatnego.(abstrakt oryginalny)

Aim of the article is to present selected results of the research carried out on the group of 25 venture capital and private equity funds. The research was dedicated to the importance of characteristics of the entrepreneur in the decision process of private market funds. The study was conducted personally by the author who used questionnaire and experiment design in 2015 in Poland. The results of he study prove that characteristics of the entrepreneur create a very important decision criteria for investment funds but they should be taken into consideration together with other criteria that describe the investment opportunity. This research is the first out carried out in Poland on such a relatively large sample of private market investment funds.(original abstract)
