Abstrakty

W niniejszym artykule poruszono problematykę przedsiębiorczości osób niepełnosprawnych i samozatrudnienia jako jednej z form tej przedsiębiorczości w kontekście finansowej pomocy kierowanej na jej wspieranie ze środków Państwowego Funduszu Rehabilitacji Osób Niepełnosprawnych. Samozatrudnienie stanowi jeden ze sposobów wyjścia z bezrobocia. Udzielana pomoc finansowa ze środków PFRON nie była w latach 2008 2014 wystarczającą zachętą dla osób niepełnosprawnych, aby podjąć ryzyko prowadzenia działalności na własny rachunek.(abstrakt autora)

This article addresses the issues of entrepreneurship and self-employment of disabled persons as a form of entrepreneurship in the context of financial support from the State Fund for Rehabilitation of Handicapped Persons. Self-employment is one of the ways out of unemployment. Granted financial assistance from the State Fund for Rehabilitation of Handicapped Persons was not in the years 2008-2014 a sufficient incentive for people with disabilities to take the risk of doing business.(author's abstract)
