Abstrakty

Celem niniejszej pracy jest próba podjęcia analizy zjawiska korupcji w organizacji. Autorzy poprzez syntetyczny przegląd literatury międzynarodowej wykazali, że zjawisko to jest dość powszechne zarówno w organizacjach państwowych, jak i prywatnych. Przedstawiono, że korupcja jest zjawiskiem dysfunkcyjnym i zaburzającym poprawny proces funkcjonowania organizacji. Zaprezentowano różne formy zachowań korupcyjnych oraz możliwe rozwiązania, które powinny być wprowadzane w celu eliminacji opisywanej patologii. (abstrakt oryginalny)

The aim of this paper is to undertake an analysis of corruption in the organisation. The authors, through a synthetic review of international literature, have shown that this phenomenon commonly exists in both state and private organisations. It has been shown that corruption is dysfunctional and disturbs proper functioning of any organisation. Different forms of corrupt behaviour have been presented as well as possible solutions that should be implemented in order to eliminate the index pathology. (original abstract)
