Abstrakty
Lean management is one of the management ideas which help to create value and cut costs in companies. Implementation of lean techniques can give cost reduction and bring competitiveness to the product. Creation of added value to the product is useful when company needs to fight over a customer in the marketplace. Although lean management is known as a solution for big companies and whole supply chains, some of its methods and techniques can be used in smaller companies. Due to flexibility and simplicity implementation of those methods does not affect costs.
The purpose of presented paper is introduction of "lean" methods which can be applied in small production company.(original abstract)
