Abstrakty
W artykule zaprezentowano podejście do procesu rozwoju innowacji produktowych od strony działań marketingowych. Kluczowym elementem sankcjonującym rolę oraz zaangażowanie powyższych działań w rozwoju innowacji produktowych staje się konsument. Jako podmiot zainteresowań marketingu oraz nabywca innowacyjnych produktów staje się spoiwem dla dwóch głównych obszarów działalności: B+R oraz marketingu. Dla zwiększenia stopnia akceptowalności nowych produktów przez konsumentów ważne jest, aby włączanie konsumenta odbywało się na poziomie wszystkich etapów omawianego procesu i przy ścisłej współpracy wskazanych wyżej działów. Wymaga to przede wszystkim od pracowników działów marketingu podwyższenie kompetencji w obszarach zarządzania innowacjami.(abstrakt oryginalny)
The article presents marketing involvement in the innovative product development process. From this perspective a customer is the key element justifying marketing commitment. A customer becomes a binder for two key areas, R&D and marketing. Both departments should consolidate their efforts to understand innovative product buyer requirements. In order to increase customer's degree of acceptance, it is important to enable their involvement in all process stages and in close co-operation with the above-mentioned departments. To make it more effective, marketing departments competences in the areas of innovation management should be increased.(original abstract)
