Abstrakty

Celem artykułu jest dokonanie rozpoznania uwarunkowań transferu wiedzy i innowacji w warunkach usieciowionej globalnej gospodarki na podstawie nowych ustaleń badawczych z tego zakresu. Omówiono m.in. determinanty lateralnego, wewnątrzkorporacyjnego transferu wiedzy, jak również zależności zachodzące pomiędzy korporacją i pozostałymi uczestnikami systemu biznesu. Wyłanianie się rozwiązań innowacyjnych w sieciach znajduje się pod wpływem wielu czynników, wśród których należy wymienić mechanizmy organizacyjne, czynniki strukturalne, uwarunkowania geograficzne, jak również mobilność pracowników oraz, co oczywiste, ochronę własności intelektualnej. Zrozumienie ich oddziaływania wydaje się być kluczowe dla skutecznego szukania źródeł przewagi konkurencyjnej we współczesnej gospodarce. (abstrakt oryginalny)

The aim of this paper is to identify conditions of knowledge and innovation transfer in the global network economy. Results of recently conducted researches in the related fields are taken into account. Determinants of intra-corporate lateral knowledge transfer and ties between corporations and other actors involved in worldwide business system are discussed. Emerging of innovations seems to be influenced in many ways, i.e. organizational mechanisms, structural and geographical factors can matter as well as mobility of workers and intellectual property rights. Understanding how they work is essential for effective searching for sources of competitive advantage in modern economy. (original abstract)
