Abstrakty

Znaczna część współczesnych przedsiębiorstw opiera swoją działalność na projektach, co przekłada się na ich zainteresowanie skutecznymi metodami, praktykami i narzędziami zarządzania projektami. Wśród wielu krytycznych czynników sukcesu projektu, publikowanych w różnych raportach i publikacjach naukowych, zarządzanie komunikacją jest wymieniane bardzo często. Ale mimo iż procesy komunikacyjno-dokumentacyjne uważane są za niezbędne dla powodzenia projektu i są częścią metodologii zarządzania projektami stosowanych przez wiele organizacji, są często pomijane lub niewłaściwie zarządzane. Głównym celem artykułu jest zdefiniowanie wzorców zarządzania komunikacją projektową, mogących zapewnić wsparcie kierownikom projektów i zespołom w skutecznym zarządzaniu komunikacją i dokumentacją w projektach. Jedenaście wzorców zarządzania komunikacją zdefiniowanych w niniejszym opracowaniu oparto na podejściu kontekst-problem-rozwiązanie i podzielono na cztery kategorie, odnoszące się do różnych aspektów komunikacji - informacyjną, strategiczną, emocjonalną i praktyczną. Zestaw wzorców zarządzania komunikacją może być zastosowany w praktyce zarówno w celu rozwiązywania napotykanych problemów komunikacyjnych lub dokumentacyjnych, jak również ich unikania. A significant share of contemporary businesses constitute project-based companies which are strongly interested in effective project management methods, practices and tools. Among a number of critical project success factors, published in various reports and scientific publications, project communication management is the one being mentioned very frequently. But even though communication and documentation processes are deemed vital to the success of the project and are part of project management methodologies used by many organizations, they are often neglected or not properly managed. The main goal of the paper is to define project communication management patterns, which can provide support to project managers and teams in effective managing communication and documentation in projects. Eleven communication management patterns defined within the paper are based on a context-problem-solution approach and are grouped into four categories, referring to various aspects of communication - informational, strategical, emotional and practical. The set of communication management patterns can be used in practice both to solve encountered communication or documentation problems and to avoid them. (original abstract)
