Celem artykułu jest przegląd potencjalnych obszarów doskonalenia organizacyjnego uczelni wyższych w Polsce. Jest to wstępna prezentacja założeń projektu Doskonalenie organizacyjne uczelni przyszłości (konkurs "Dialog" MNiSW) realizowanego pod kierunkiem autora tego artykułu. (fragment tekstu)

The aim of this article is to present the domains of management of Polish universities that should be developed. It covers the preliminary assumptions for a project dedicated to university development that the author is working on currently. Universities must become responsible for self-development, all - especially management - changes need a preparation from universities and the whole system of education but the results would mean science and education management systems. The description of six main management areas is based on research form the area of management of the universities. (original abstract)
