Abstrakty

Celem artykułu jest usystematyzowanie terminologii oraz scharakteryzowanie standardów zarządzania procesami wpisujących się w nurt określany mianem trzeciej fali podejścia procesowego. W artykule tym została omówiona ewolucja zarządzania procesami, która doprowadziła do wykształcenia współczesnych rozwiązań procesowych. Szczególną uwagę poświęcono koncepcji Zarządzania Procesami Biznesowymi (Business Process Management, BPM). Zdefiniowano jej elementy oraz omówiono zarys działania. W ostatniej części artykułu na podstawie przeglądu literatury sformułowano klasyfikację standardów zarządzania procesami biznesowymi i omówiono wybrane jej elementy(abstrakt oryginalny)

This article goal is to systematize the terminology and characterize standards of the process management enrolling in a trend known as the third wave of the process approach. This article discusses the evolution of the process management, which led to the emergence of modern process solutions. Particular attention was paid to the concept of Business Process Management (BPM). Its basis and choosen elements were defined and discussed. In the last part of the article, based on literature review, classification standards of business process management were presented(original abstract)
