Abstrakty

W artykule wskazano na wybrane obszary aktywności kobiet zamieszkujących obszary wiejskie w krajach UE-28. Dokonano analizy m.in. ich aktywności ekonomicznej, wykształcenia i pozycji na rynku pracy, zbadano także rolę kobiet jako podmiotów podejmujących decyzje i zarządzających gospodarstwami rolnymi, odnosząc najczęściej dane z roku 2014 do tych z 2002 lub 2005, co pozwoliło ukazać zmiany obserwowanych wielkości. Analiza porównawcza danych z 28 krajów UE wskazała na występowanie znacznych różnic w badanych obszarach. Na tym tle omówiono również pozycję Polek zamieszkujących obszary wiejskie - nie odbiega ona od średniej unijnej, a czasem ją przewyższa. (abstrakt oryginalny)

There was shown selected areas of activity of women living in rural areas in the EU-28 in the article. It was studied, among others, their economic activity, education, labor market position and the role of women as decision-makers and managers of agricultural holdings, referring usually 2014 to 2002 or 2005, to notice the size of the observed changes. Comparative analysis of the 28 EU countries indicated the existence of significant differences in the studied areas. Against this background, it shows the position of the Polish women living in rural areas, which are at the level of the EU average, or exceed it. (original abstract)
