Abstrakty

Celem artykułu jest dokonanie analizy istoty relacyjnego wymiaru zdolności organizacji do absorpcji wiedzy zewnętrznej (relative absorpive capacity), z uwzględnieniem stanu oraz perspektyw rozwoju badań naukowych w tym obszarze. Do realizacji celu artykułu zastosowano metodę systematycznego przeglądu literatury, którym objęto publikacje poruszające tematykę zdolności absorpcyjnej organizacji i relacyjnej zdolności absorpcyjnej. W artykule, po pierwsze, przedstawiono istotę koncepcji zdolności absorpcyjnej oraz jej rekonceptualizacje. Po drugie, scharakteryzowano kluczowe założenia koncepcji relacyjnej zdolności absorpcyjnej. Wreszcie, po trzecie zidentyfikowano kluczowe kierunki badań dotyczących problematyki relacyjnej zdolności absorpcyjnej oraz podjęto próbę wskazania perspektyw rozwoju dalszych badań w tym obszarze.(abstrakt oryginalny)

The aim of the paper is to analyse the relative dimension of organisation's capacity to absorb external knowledge, including the status and perspectives of research in the field. The systematic literature review methodolgy is applied to achieve the aforementioned aim of the paper. The scope of the review encompasses scientific publications related to the issues of absorptive capacity and relative absorptive capacity. First of all, the paper discusses the concept of absorptive capacity and its reconceptualizations. Secondly, it presents the key assumptions of the concept of relative absorptive capacity. Thirdly, key research avenues in the field of relative absorptive capacity are identified and suggestions for further research are provided.(original abstract)
