Abstrakty

Państwo Islamskie reprezentuje nowy rodzaj podmiotu na arenie międzynarodowej. Jego struktura i funkcjonowanie podważają zasady ładu powestfalskiego, a głoszone przez jego przywódców poglądy propagują wizję świata postwestfalskiego, opartego na zasadach odmiennych od tych, które stanowią fundamenty współczesnych stosunków międzynarodowych. Negowana jest głównie zasada terytorialności państwa i granic współczesnych państw. Zjawisko Państwa Islamskiego należy analizować zarówno w kontekście sytuacji politycznej na Bliskim Wschodzie, jak i procesów globalnych ujętych w formule deterytorializacji i reterytorializacji. Islamic State represents a new type of subjects in contemporary international relations. Its structure and functioning question the principles of the Westphalian system of states and its leaders opt for a new post-Westphalian world based on diff erent concepts than the system of modern interstates relationship has been founded. Particularly, ISIS rejects the principle of state sovereignty based on the concepts of territory and borders. The phenomenon of the ISIS refers directly to the political situation in the Middle East but it should perceived as well as in the wider context of globalization framed in the formula of deterritorialisation and reterritorialization.
