Abstrakty

Celem autorki jest odpowiedź na pytanie, czy możliwe jest stworzenie jednolitego standardu ochrony przed dyskryminacją ze względu na orientację seksualną. Z tego względu zasadniczym przedmiotem artykułu jest analiza obowiązujących podstaw prawnych zarówno w powszechnym, jak i regionalnym systemie ochrony praw człowieka (m.in. Rada Europy oraz Unia Europejska).(abstrakt oryginalny)
