Abstrakty

W opracowaniu zarysowano aktualny i potencjalny wpływ współczesnej heterodoksyjnej myśli ekonomicznej na cele, narzędzia i podmioty polityki gospodarczej. Pokazano możliwe przyczyny dla których heterodoksyjna myśl ekonomiczna, może stać się źródłem dla nowych (względnie: nowej) koncepcji polityki gospodarczej. W świetle współczesnej myśli heterodoksyjnej dokonano analizy wybranych, aktualnie realizowanych, celów polityki gospodarczej na przykładzie obecnej głównej strategii UE. Ukazano nowe rozumienie tych celów, sposobów ich osiągania oraz możliwe przyczyny zaistniałych problemów w rozumieniu heterodoksji. Opisano kilka wybranych zmian dotyczących celów polityki gospodarczej i wymieniono potencjalne możliwości ich wprowadzenia, a także wskazano na możliwe zmiany w pojmowaniu tych celów w przyszłości. Pokazano też jakie zmiany w instrumentach i podmiotach polityki gospodarczej zawdzięcza się heterodoksji ekonomicznej.(abstrakt oryginalny)

The study outlines the current and potential impact of modern heterodox economic thought on goals, tools and actors of economic policy. Research discusses possible reasons, why heterodox economic thought may become a source for the new concept (or: concepts) of economic policy. The selected ongoing economic policy objectives are analyzed on the example of the current main strategy of the EU in the light of modern heterodox thought. The analysis shows a new understanding of these objectives, ways of achieving them and the possible causes of the existing problems within the meaning of heterodoxy. Research includes a description of several of selected changes to economic policy objectives and list of the potential possibilities of their introduction, and also pointed to possible changes in the understanding of these objectives in the future. It also shows, for what changes in the instruments and actors of economic policy, the economic heterodoxy may be responsible.(original abstract)
