Celem artykułu jest ogólna charakterystyka środków prawnych aktywnie wspierających powrót osób starszych na niemiecki rynek pracy, która będzie stanowić podstawę dla dalszych badań nad opracowaniem modelu przeciwdziałania bezrobociu wśród osób starszych. Rozważania obejmują instytucje prawne najczęściej omawiane w literaturze przedmiotu. (abstrakt oryginalny)

The aim of the article is to present a general overview of the selected legal measures supporting elderly unemployed people in returning to the labour market in Germany. Analyses taken will be the basis of further research on Polish theoretical model of preventing unemployment among older persons. The following considerations apply to the legal institutions most commonly featured in literature. (original abstract)
