Condition and Prospects of Alternative Energetics in Ukraine as Form of Family Business

The preconditions for reforming energetics in Ukraine in connection with significant energy intensity of its economics and the requirements of the European Union were considered. The peculiarities of functioning of energetics in Ukraine, the state of development of alternative energetics, the use of «Green tariff» to encourage its development were examined. Stimulating state mechanisms for the development of alternative energetics were offered such as establishment of the counseling centers, providing of long-term loans for the building of power stations by the state, consideration when establishing Green tariff» inflation, exemption from taxation for lands used by power stations, legislative establishment of the duration of the «Green tariff» running according to the normative payback period since commissioning of power station, the development of national power engineering. The prospects of alternative energetics development in the power systems of the country and necessary changes in the calculation of «Green tariff» were established, determination of the economic expediency of the building of alternative energetics objects as a form of family business was conducted. Methods of theoretical generalization and comparison, factorial and system analysis were used. (original abstract)
