Mimo że potrzeba innowacji nie jest kwestionowana, badania innowacyjności w odniesieniu do przedsiębiorstw budowlanych nie są zbyt często podejmowane. W artykule przedstawiono model kompetencji projektowych przedsiębiorstw budowlanych oraz wyniki autorskich badań, na podstawie których stworzono profil kompetencji kierowników innowacyjnych projektów budowlanych. The relationship between the project's success and work of the project manager draws the attention of researches and initiates attempts to identify the skills and competencies that are the most important for the project manager's effectiveness. Competence can be described in terms of knowledge, skills and attitudes that allow to carry out tasks at the appropriate level. The main aim of that paper is to create a competence profile of innovative construction project's managers in Poland. Additionally, a map of relationship between degree of projects' innovation and expected competence measures of construction project managers is created. (original abstract)
