Abstrakty

W artykule skoncentrowano uwagę na problematyce zastosowania systemów pomiaru efektywności w małych i średnich przedsiębiorstwach w powiązaniu z ich efektywnością. Najpierw scharakteryzowano sektor małych i średnich przedsiębiorstw (MSP) w Polsce, a następnie zaprezentowano wyniki badań empirycznych, dotyczących relacji pomiędzy systemami pomiaru efektywności a efektywnością rozwoju małych i średnich przedsiębiorstw. This paper is focused on issues of the use of performance measurement systems in connection with their effectiveness. First, the Polish sector of small and medium - sized enterprises (SME) was characterized, next the results of empirical research on relationship between performance measurement systems and the effectiveness of development of small and medium - sized enterprises were presented.
