Abstrakty

Pojęcie samoodnawiania, podobnie jak samoregeneracji, jest dosyć powszechnie używane na gruncie nauk o zarządzaniu, lecz wyraźnie widać, że towarzyszy mu dość duża swoboda interpretacyjna, wynikająca z braku ugruntowanej wiedzy w tym zakresie. Warto zaznaczyć, że nie ma ścisłych badań na temat definiowania tych terminów w literaturze menedżerskiej. Owa luka teoriopoznawcza staje się głównym celem tego opracowania. Utylitarny charakter tego przedsięwzięcia podbudowany jest metaforami jako źródłem poznania. Rozważania utrzymane są w duchu perspektywy ekologicznej w zarządzaniu, w którą explicite wpisany jest termin samoodnawiania. Obiektem badań jest ekosystem biznesu - populacja organizacji. Zastosowane metafory umożliwiły wyłonienie uczestników ekosystemu biznesu odpowiedzialnych za samoodnawianie, a także samych nośników życia ekosystemów biznesu - ewoluującego systemu rutyn organizacyjnych.(abstrakt oryginalny)

The self-renewal or self-regeneration term is quite popular on management ground, but it is used in many different points of view and contexts. It is worth pointing out that there are no strict studies defining that terms in management literature and for this reson the paper aspires to fill that gap as well as to provide a contribution for further consideration and discussion as a result of extensive literature studies. The main aim of the presented review is to explain the self-renewal of business ecosystem, on the basis of methaphors as an origin of cognition. In consequance, the fundamental epistemological perspective is the organizational ecology explicite exposing the self-reneval term and methaphors. The object of the research is a business ecosystem as a population of organizations. In the conclusion, the main spaces responsible for business ecosystem's self-reneval have been indicated as well as the dynamic system of organizational routines as the embryonic stem cells of its life.(original abstract)
