Zgodnie z dotychczasowymi badaniami firmy szybkiego wzrostu rozwijają się głównie w środowiskach cechujących się wysokim zaufaniem społecznym. Prezentowany tekst opisuje badania przeprowadzone wśród przedsiębiorstw szybkiego wzrostu odnoszących sukces w Polsce, cechujących się niskim poziomem zaufania społecznego. (abstrakt oryginalny)

According to existing studies, high growth enterprises flourish mainly in high trust societies. The article presents a qualitative study conducted among successful start-ups in Poland, where the level of social trust is extremely low. (original abstract)
