Abstrakty

W artykule dokonano identyfikacji czynności sekretarskich wspólnych i odrębnych dla poszczególnych wydziałów sądów powszechnych oraz zaproponowano ustalenie miary obciążenia pracowników biurowych. W treści artykułu zawarto również zalecenia dotyczące standaryzacji pracy sekretariatów. (abstrakt oryginalny)

The article presents the identification of joint and distinct secretarial operations for each department of common courts and the proposal of the measure of the workers workload. The content of the article also contains the recommen-dations for the standardization of secretariats' work. (original abstract)
