CETA jest pierwszą umową handlową UE z Kanadą, a zarazem jedną z nowoczesnych i najszerzej zakrojonych dwustronnych umów handlowych wynegocjowanych do tej pory na świecie. Porozumienie dotyczy szerokiego zakresu zagadnień mających wpływ na wzajemny handel UE i Kanady oraz na lokowanie inwestycji w tych krajach. Celem artykułu jest rozpatrzenie korzyści i zagrożeń wynikających z CETA oraz konsekwencji ostatecznego przyjęcia bądź odrzucenia tego porozumienia(abstrakt oryginalny)

CETA is the first trade agreement between the EU and Canada. It is also one of the most modern and widely-ranging bilateral trade agreements which have been negotiated so far in the world. The agreement covers wide range of issues affecting the trade between the EU and Canada and the mutual investments in those countries. The aim of this article is to consider the benefits and risks of CETA and the consequences of the final acceptance or rejection of the agreement(original abstract)
