Z uwagi na stale postępujący proces globalizacji i zwiększanie się możliwości działania w różnych częściach świata, kluczem do sprawnego funkcjonowania organizacji staje się kreowanie pozytywnych relacji pomiędzy pracownikami z różnych obszarów kulturowych. Artykuł ten jest próbą przybliżenia problematyki kompetencji wielokulturowych, które coraz częściej decydują o pozycji pracownika w organizacji(abstrakt oryginalny)

Due to the steadily advancing process of globalization and the increasing possibility of action in various parts of the world, the key to the efficient functioning of the organization is to create positive relationships between employees from different cultural areas. This article attempts to explain the issues of multicultural competence, that increasingly determine the position of the employee in the organization. (original abstract)
