Abstrakty

Opracowanie dotyczy determinantów określających biedę w ujęciu teoretycznym. Nie ulega wątpliwości, że rozwojowi społecznemu w każdej epoce towarzyszyło zjawisko biedy, które wpływało zarówno na ludzi na Zachodzie, jak i na cały system polityczno- ekonomiczny, zmuszając badaczy do zajęcia się tym problemem. Mimo wszystkich postępów w zaspokajaniu potrzeb ludzkich z dwóch pierwszych szczebli z piramidy A. Maslowa bieda nie znikła na świecie nigdy. A nawet w czasie największego rozwoju ekonomicznego kapitalizmu zadomowiła się w systemie społecznym.(abstrakt oryginalny)

The article refers to determinants defining poverty both nowadays and in theoretical approach. There is no doubt that social development has been accompanied by poverty in every era, which influenced both people in the West and the whole political-economic system, causing it to deal with this problem. In spite of all progress in satisfying human needs from the first two levels of A. Maslow's pyramid, poverty has never disappeared from the world. It even remained present in the social system in the time of the biggest economic development(original abstract)
