Abstrakty

Artykuł w pierwszej części streszcza obszary badań nad teorią kontraktu laureatów nagrody Nobla w dziedzinie ekonomii z 2016 roku: Oliviera Harta oraz Bengta Holmströma. Następnie pokazuje inną perspektywę analizy kontraktowania - płynącą nie z ekonomii czy prawa ale z nauk humanistycznych (głównie z wybranych nurtów psychologii oraz antropologii społecznej). Perspektywa ta pokazuje inny wymiar kontraktu, który wskazuje mechanizmy sprawiające, że osoba zawierająca umowę wykazuje osobiste zaangażowanie w jej realizację, nawet kiedy nie istnieją żadne formalne dokumenty potwierdzające zawarcie zobowiązania ani nie jest zagrożona żadnymi sankcjami w przypadku jej nie dotrzymania. The article summarizes the contract theory deweloped by Olivier Hart and Bengt Holmström, honoured with Nobel Prize in 2016. Then it shows humanistic perspective of contract analysis, mainly from selected fields of psychology and social anthropology. This shows another dimension of the contract, which indicates the mechanisms by which a contracting person demonstrates his or her personal involvement in the contract execution, even when there are neither formal evidence of the contract nor any sanction in case of non-compliance.
