Celem artykułu jest właśnie analiza i charakterystyka współczesnego odbiorcy - klienta Y, w kontekście pozostałych pokoleń. Będzie to przegląd i analiza szerokiego spektrum narzędzi, kanałów komunikacji, czynników, które wpływają na jego proces zakupowy i kształtują go, a prowadzić mają do nazwania, następnie wygenerowania i ostatecznie zaspokojenia potrzeb pokolenia Y. Rozważania zakończy omówienie przykładu działania firmy szkoleniowej, która adresuje swoją ofertę właśnie do współczesnego klienta z pokolenia Y i będzie to zarazem podsumowanie niniejszego artykułu. (fragment tekstu)
Nowadays, the world we live in is growing at a very fast pace. Knowledge, information, news, the dogma of a given day, in a few weeks, months, years can become far out of date or simply replaced by new ideas. Existing states, economies, markets are experiencing dynamic changes that are related to the development and progression of human life, science, the environment, or the surrounding world. The current environment puts high demands on market players. Everybody wants to take care of his client, to be in the forefront, and to make his product or service a high opinion and what we want the most profitable sales. How to define the needs of the current consumer and to tailor the product accordingly? How to encourage typical millenials to focus on our ideas? What is the difference between today and 30 years ago or 50 years ago? Are we going in a direction where the product, its quality and price will be less important, will the image, the brand or the "like" sign the number of floppers be more important? So how should these questions be answered by a modern entrepreneur or project manager, in which direction should they direct their actions to succeed? We will focus on the example of a training company. The sales strategy of this company is based on customer - type millenials. (original abstract)
