Abstrakty
The herein presented concepts of global governance express a view that the angloamerican neoliberalism which has been dominating since 1970's leaves too much freedom for the functioning of regional markets whereas, at the same time, the functioning of the world market is neglected. What we need are new forms of economic, cultural and ecological order. Priority should be given to the states, international and non-governmental organizations. This process demands the implementation of the global system of values, general ethos and should exclude the hegemony of neoconservative and neoliberal patterns of political actions. Unfortunately this process has been considerably delayed, it contains numerous divergences and lacks co-ordination of actions. It is an extremely complicated process, undetermined in time and as if a little utopian(original abstract)
