Abstrakty

Jednym z obecnych wyzwań w światowej statystyce nauki, techniki i innowacji jest opracowanie metodyki umiędzynarodowienia (internacjonalizacji) działalności B+R. Celem artykułu jest przegląd i ocena istniejących metod i mierników pomiaru internacjonalizacji działalności badawczo-rozwojowej, z uwzględnieniem zmian zachodzących w tym obszarze. Metody badawcze wykorzystane w artykule to studia literatury przedmiotu i wnioskowanie indukcyjne. W artykułu przedstawiono i oceniono dostępne metody i mierniki pomiaru procesu internacjonalizacji działalności B+R w sposób chronologiczny. Zaprezentowano także autorską propozycję systematyzacji pomiaru tego procesu i zaproponowano zestaw mierników. (abstrakt autora)

One of the current challenges in the world statistics of science, technology and innovation is the development of a methodology for R&D internalization. The aim of the article is to present methodological aspects of measuring research and development internalization. The research methods used in the article are: a literature study and inductive inference. The article presents the available methods and measures of the process of R&D activities internalization in a chronological order. The author also proposes the systematization of this process and a set of measures. (original abstract)
