Social Responsibility in Business Philosophy : a Trend for the Sustainability of Family Agribusiness

Today, companies regardless of their size, have expressed concern the environmental and social issues. To do this, they have been incorporating social responsibility practices; However, these practices are not always aligned objectives organizational or included in its business philosophy. Therefore, we carry out this research to analyze the evolution experienced by family agribusinesses to incorporate the actions of CSR as part of their philosophy. Use of the study case of qualitative methodology and through interviews and documentary analysis was collected information; to process it was found that companies have to go not only adapting their philosophy but their goals, code of ethics and organizational structure in order to flow information relating to incorporated practices.
