The paper presents the results of a study in which the impact of the perceived usability of a website on user's loyalty was verified through two variables acting as mediators, i.e. trust and satisfaction of users. The study was conducted among 136 students within the website of one faculty of the national university by online survey. The results of the study indicate that the perceived utility of the website affects loyalty, both directly and indirectly, through satisfaction and trust. The effect of partial mediation of the relation researched was found, in which the direct and total indirect effects participate at the same level. However, the share of satisfaction in the total indirect effect is higher than the share of trust. (original abstract)
