Autorzy badań dotyczących przewagi konkurencyjnej od dawna wskazują na rolę relacji międzyorganizacyjnych w jej kształtowaniu. Problem ten jest obecny szczególnie w ujęciu zasobowym, z którego wywodzą się niektóre wątki podejścia relacyjnego. Najnowsze badania obejmują także problem jakości relacji, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem zaufania jako jednego z jej wymiarów. Celem artykułu jest określenie związku między jakością relacji, w tym zaufaniem, a przewagą konkurencyjną na podstawie dotychczasowych badań światowych. (abstrakt oryginalny)

The authors of the studies on competitive advantage for a long time have been indicating the role of inter-organisational relationships in forming thereof. This problem is present particularly in the resource-based approach from which some motives of the relational approach are coming. Recent research also includes the problem of the quality of relationships, with a particular emphasis on trust as one of its dimensions. The purpose of the article is to determine the relationship between the quality of relations, including trust, and competitive advantage, based on the hitherto world research. (original abstract)
