This article attempts to provide an answer to the following question: "How does the socio-demographic characteristics of the respondents influence the path relation coefficients changing in SEM analysis in the areas of customer satisfaction and loyalty". To be able to do that the author has built the path relation model for customer satisfaction and loyalty occurrences. The PLS analysis has been done for two different business sectors (shopping malls and banks) located in Lublin city. Respondents differed in their socio-demographic characteristics. Thanks to the conducted research the author was able to assess whether the described socio-demographic characteristics of the research groups have a statistically important influence on the results of the path relation modeling. What is more, he proposed the recommendations for the multi stage path modeling research projects.(original abstract)
