Abstrakty

Spośród wielu czynników innowacyjności, coraz większe znaczenie nabiera koncepcja zrównoważonego rozwoju, która ma celu włączenie wymiaru ekologicznego i społecznego do tradycyjnego zarządzania przedsiębiorstwem. W tym zakresie na pierwszy plan wysuwa się zdolność firm do innowacji opartych o zasadę zrównoważonego rozwoju określanych jako Sustainability-oriented innovation (SOI). Celem artykułu jest identyfikacja działań i rezultatów skutecznej implementacji rozwiązań innowacyjnych opartych o zasadę zrównoważonego rozwoju oraz wskazania aktywności, jaką firmy powinny podjąć, aby dostosować swoje systemy innowacji do zrównoważonych rezultatów swojej działalności. Among many factors of innovation, the concept of sustainable development is becoming more and more important, which aims to integrate the ecological and social dimension into traditional business management. In this context, the ability of companies to innovate based on sustainability-oriented innovation (SOI) is on the forefront. The article addresses the issue of identifying the actions companies should take to adapt their innovation systems to the sustainable results of their business. (original abstract)
