Abstrakty
The impact of globalization on the Iabour market, and thus the increasingly important role of knowledge and intellectual capital, the decline in importance of the work are the main changes taking place in the modern world. In economic theory has long roll so disputes about the lack of work, unemployment and so the end of the work. The aim of the discussion is so present aspect of the lack of work in the world and an attempt to preliminary verification of the global Iabour market in terms of determining whether the market is employer or employee and his genuine humanity awaits the lack of work. At the outset, contains discussion of the aspect of the end of the work selected theories. This is followed by the worId's Iabour markets. To better illustrate, it was used activity rate, employment rate and unemployment rate. The subject of the next part was an attempt to answer the question whether you really missing the world of work? Therefore it was decided to determine whether the modern Iabour market is a market employee or the employer market and what affects it. The article is a kind of a unique experiment, which aims to report a debate with the managerial staff of the younger generation, to designate the directions of evolution of modern economic models. Convention of this article is based on the demonstration of opinion and reflections of managerial studies Executive Master of Business Administration students, expressed in the form of essays in the field of modern macroeconomic problems. The whole text is the report on three key questions related contemporary economy in both, global and local scales, namely: Liberalism or Keynesianism - the dilemma of economic policy format in times of chaos; Inclusiveness of economic growth as a postulate of the highest importance; Main threats and demons of the modern economy in the global and local scale.
