Abstrakty

Na przestrzeni ostatniego stulecia pojawiło się wiele organizacji, których celem jest pomoc humanitarna, czyli de facto ratowanie i podtrzymywanie życia ludzi dotkniętych skutkami katastrof zarówno naturalnych, jak i tych wywołanych przez człowieka. Wielość interesariuszy (aktorów) akcji humanitarnych stała się impulsem do wykształcenia się międzynarodowego systemu humanitarnego. W artykule przedstawiono przedmiotowy system, a także beneficjentów pomocy humanitarnej, kluczowego aktora jakim jest ONZ, a także logistyczne aspekty jego działalności. (abstrakt oryginalny)

Over the last century, a number of humanitarian organizations, which is the aim de facto rescue and life support of people affected by disasters, both natural and those caused by man. The multiplicity of stakeholders (actors) humanitarian become an impulse to the development of the international humanitarian system. The article presents the scheme and the beneficiaries of humanitarian aid, a key actor which is the United Nations, as well as logistical aspects of its business. (original abstract)
