The aim of the article is to present the theoretical modeling of small and medium-sized enterprise growth in the output of entrepreneurship and the entrepreneurship practice theories, considering the paradigm of the chaotics of the environment. The theoretical model proposes three main components of growth, which are: (i) the external environment, especially the chaotic paradigm typical for the entreprenership theory, (ii) the environment, especially his/her characteristic and entrepreneurial oreitation, and finally (iii) the entrepreneurial and innovative processes, which are considered as entrepreneurial mechanism for growth.
