The main part of the article is describing in detail the project of Business Process Management implementation in the Czech industrial company XY. In this article you can find some reasons why the companies need the business process management. Business Process Management has at its disposal a number of components which managers have been able to exploit for over a decade now, but these components have been subject to development and improvement over time and the spectrum of firms in which these principles are applicable has also increased dramatically.
