Abstrakty

Przy analizie stabilności sektora finansowego istotną rolę odgrywają zarówno cechy makroekonomiczne, tj. odnoszące się do otoczenia rynku finansowego, jak i cechy na poziomie mikro, tzn. te, które odpowiadają za siłę i stabilność samego sektora finansowego. W miarę wchodzenia krajowych instytucji finansowych do globalnych sieci i grup kapitałowych skuteczność analizy stabilności sektora finansowego będzie malała "od dołu do góry", a więc od mikroekonomicznych sygnałów wczesnego ostrzegania, płynących z poszczególnych instytucji finansowych, aż do ich uwarunkowań makroekonomicznych. W miarę umiędzynarodowienia krajowego sektora finansowego konieczne będą analizy "od góry do dołu", czyli od makroekonomicznych do mikroekonomicznych cech stabilności. (fragment tekstu)

The article is a trial of presenting the features of financial system which promote its stability. These features have been presented in two groups: micro and macroeconomic features. To the macroeconomic indicators of financial system stability it has been subsumed cohesion the instruments of monetary and fiscal policy and properly prepared and sequentially introduced financial liberalisation. However, the microeconomic features of financial system stability are: well-defined legal framework and credibility and transparency of financial institution functioning, high quality of management and corporate governance, effective control and supervision on financial institution, market discipline and well-defined safety net.
