Abstrakty

Celem badań jest analiza zróżnicowania przestrzennego, kosztowej dostępności i akceptowalności usług zdrowotnych na obszarach wiejskich w Polsce oraz konsekwencji tego zróżnicowania dla stanu zdrowia populacji. Zastosowana metodologia umożliwiła identyfikację obszarów wiejskich, które zapewniają dobry, a nawet bardzo dobry dostęp do usług opieki zdrowotnej oraz tych charakteryzujących się słabym lub bardzo słabym dostępem. Sformułowano następujące hipotezy badawcze: (H1) dostępność do usług zdrowotnych na obszarach wiejskich jest zróżnicowana regionalnie; (H2) dostępność opieki zdrowotnej nie poprawiła się w analizowanym okresie; (H3) dostępność usług zdrowotnych wpływa na stan zdrowia populacji. W badaniu wykorzystano narzędzia ekonometryczne i statystyczne: metodę Perkala, metodę Local Quotient i metodę Florence a uzyskane wyniki uprawniają do przyjęcia wszystkich hipotez badawczych. The aim of the research is the analysis of spatial differentiation, acceptability and cost-accessibility to health services in rural areas of Poland, and its consequences for population's state of health. The employed methodology also enables the identification of rural areas, that provide a good, or even very good, access to healthcare services and those characterized by low, or very low access. The following research hypotheses have been formulated: (H1) accessibility to health services in ruralareas is regionally diversified; (H2) the availability of healthcare services has not improved in the analyzed period; (H3) the availability of healthcare services affects population's state of health. In order to prove those hypotheses we have employed econometric and statistical tools: Perkal's method, Local Quotient and Florence's method Obtained results have entitled us to adopt all research hypotheses.
