The working motivation is characterized by the fact that it is manifested complexly in the relation of man to his work and working activity. One of the basic sources of working motivation is remuneration. An important task of the company management is to create such system of remuneration that would be motivating for all employees in order to increase their efficiency and thereby also to increase the effective management and company ability to compete(original abstract)
