Abstrakty

Celem pracy jest próba identyfikacji zagrożeń, jakie niesie ze sobą Dark Net oraz oszacowania jej rozmiarów, istotnych z punktu widzenia bezpieczeństwa ekonomicznego i funkcjonowania gospodarki. Praca ma charakter opisowy i może stanowić przyczynek do bardziej pogłębionych badań i analiz. Wprowadzenie do rozważań dotyczących wpływu Dark Netu na gospodarkę poprzedzają m.in. krótka jego charakterystyka wraz z uwzględnieniem rodzajów aktywności gospodarczych i określenie mechanizmu przepływów finansowych, jakim podlegają transakcje w analizowanej części Internetu. The Dark Net is a difficult to estimate part of the Deep Internet, which has been deliberately hidden and is not available for users of the standard search engines. The resources of the Dark Net involve criminal trade and services, but there is also some difficult to estimate part, which does not exceed beyond the boundaries of the law. Currencies used in the Dark Net is Bitcoin, Monero and Ethereum, and other means of payment are anonymous payment cards (paysafecard). From the point of view of the security of the economy, illegal contents of the Dark Net is a threat, both for the functioning and safety of the various sectors that are part of it, as well as other areas of social and political life etc. It generates a loss in the budget of all states, which users use its illegal resources, but also it violates public policy and economic governance in the world, with cyber attacks, cyberterrorism and other forms of crime and illegal activities.
